Paid subscriptions are processed through a third-party payment provider (Modem Pay). When you make a payment, your card and payment details are collected and handled directly by the payment provider under their own terms and privacy policy.

We do not collect or store your full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. We receive only the information needed to confirm a payment and manage your subscription, such as the payment status and a transaction reference.

Enterprise licences are billed by invoice. In that case we retain the billing details you provide for accounting and record-keeping purposes.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to run the Service, including cloud hosting and database infrastructure, and the payment provider described above. These providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by their own security and confidentiality obligations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers who assist us in operating the platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements
