KJ Retail is a product of Jordan In Tech, based in The Gambia. By accessing or using KJ Retail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including business owners, managers, and cashiers operating within a registered business account.
KJ Retail is a business management platform designed for retail operations. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

To use KJ Retail, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Business owners are responsible for all activity that occurs under their business account, including the actions of staff members they create and assign roles to.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the Service, including business information, staff records, expense entries, and sales data.
By using the Service, you grant KJ Retail a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter into the platform.
KJ Retail offers a free plan and paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at the time of purchase.
We may change our fees from time to time. Any change will apply to future billing periods, and we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect.
The Enterprise plan is provided as a licensed desktop application activated with a licence key. Enterprise licences are billed by invoice, and the licence key is issued once payment is received.
Each licence is granted for the number of machines and the duration agreed with us. You may not share, resell, or transfer a licence key, or attempt to bypass licence activation or use the software on more machines than your licence permits. We may deactivate a licence that is used in breach of these terms or where payment has not been made.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
The KJ Retail platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of KJ Retail and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work hard to keep the Service reliable and accurate, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reports or figures it produces are free of mistakes.
You are responsible for keeping your own records and for verifying any figures you rely on for accounting, tax, or business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KJ Retail and Jordan In Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of The Gambia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of The Gambia.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
